Jugepi Server has down for more than 10 days, hence I have give up waiting.
I have recently found 2 tag board
1) ShoutMix, pretty easy to use, no ads. Just register to it, follow the instruction to generate the code and then copy and paste the java script to your template which you used to put Jugepi Code (refer to this)
Advantage of using Shout Mix is you can customised all your own smiley.
Here is the smiley my board provide. Fun right :)
2) Another one is Freddi Chan 's Xettie Board, which he did a great job on maintaining the board. :)
you can ask him directly how to install the Xiettie Board.

heh... use all the smiley you want.
xettieboard was created all because of tagboard was down. and i also had this idea of having a shared chatbox, so xettieboard was born.
xettieboard actually can be operated in shared or stand alone (local) mode but people just use it to chat. (default is shared mode)
got a lot of feedbacks and ideas from the users but... too many ideas and not enough time... :(
